Wordless picture book.
Clown finds himself thrown head-first into a dustbin with an assortment of other discarded toys. Bravely he takes charge of his fate and goes off in search of help. The story unfolds, without words, in a series of fast-moving and characteristically idiosyncratic illustrations. Quentin Blake has found the perfect medium for this lovable hero whose means of communication is through mime.
